the featured posts everything monetizing with affiliate banners everything in just 15 minutes so let's start step number one go to blogger.com and sign in with your gmail account super easy you will have this dashboard here what you are going to do simply is go here with this small arrow and click on a new blog i will name it make money blog whatever give it a name and address it must be unique and say and we created the blog the make money blog 70. if we now go here and click on view blog you will see we have this weird website what you are going to do the first step is go here to theme and we are going to install a theme of course i will not use the default themes here in blogger i don't like it so click on this arrow here and say res tor then upload and you will need to select a theme from where to get a theme just go to the link in description you will find this small article 11 top free blogger templates for any niche if you go here down you will see a lot of templates totally free you can download for free one for education whatever in our case you are going to use the polar blogger template go here download it and then let's go back to our work here go to downloads you will see the polar free version just upload the xml document open restoring theme very nice now if we open again here the blog and refresh or the website refresh you will see our new template installed awesome it's empty it's okay the second step here is to change this logo we want to add our own logo so i prefer always download this image save image as on desktop and then go here go to properties to see the size go details and you see it's 176 by 58 pixels what we can do is go here to canva.com go here create a design custom size 176 by 50 create a new design and you will have this editor here we can add whatever you want you go over to text add a heading let's set it to 15 whatever and you can name it here i will name my blog i will name it in quick money like this just resize it and then you can download as a transparent image and we have the logo now how to upload and change the logo simply go here to layout then we will have the header logo edit you can see there's the logo a default logo go down here and say upload image from pc or computer choose file let's go here to downloads this is my logo save after you upload say instead of title and description and say save then save and you can see now the logo is in my website very nice so we created the blog or the website we changed the logo if you go back to my main website that we are creating something similar you will see we have some content some articles so let's add some articles some posts to our website again go back here to posts and simply click on new post i will go here and open this article this one this one this one and this one and simply i will copy the title go here paste then copy the article and paste here super simple and let's now give it a label a label is like a category so it can
categorize your website this is very important i would say that this is about that enter that's it publish confirm if you now go back to our website and refresh you will see we have this article but we don't have an image so how we can add a featured image to our posts simply i will go here to pixels.com the free website where you will have a lot of free images i will say here depths whatever and you have a lot of images i will pick one like this one here then go into free download select small size then free download very nice go back here to posts i will open this post
and simply go up here and add an image from my computer say choose files and this is the image super easy select update and now if you go back here and refresh awesome we will have a featured image for our post i will repeat this for five six times to fill my website if you go now and refresh our website you will see we have now some content but again if we go back here and to my main page you will see we have a featured post this big picture here how we can add this to our website simply go here to layout again you will see it's super easy by the way go into featured post edit and simply go down here and select a post like this one and say save now if you refresh awesome we will have this featured post and a whole website step number four is how to create a menu like this one here so we can filter and add categories to our website or blog we have this default menu here we want to change so again go back to layout go up here and you will see the link list open it you will see these other links here i will delete everything delete all the menu like this save now if you go back here and refresh we have nothing so we can add now our own custom menu let's say we want to add an item i will add the first category which is that which is the category under the depth articles and you need to add the category or the label url so if you go back to our website hit our blog you see we'll have the labels

analytics so you can track your website with google analytics it's so important also and if you want to add a custom domain instead of this weird domain here the block spot domain you can simply click on custom domain here and enter your domain let's do it i will open name cheap i bought a domain for this course for this video it's called in quick domain i will log into my account first and name cheap now you may tell me if i want to buy a domain it will not be free and you set the free just some patience and i will tell you what you can do sign in here i have a domain in quickmoney.com click on manage advanced dns let's go here and paste say you need to add www and blogger www.inquickmoney.com and say save now it will tell you we have a problem in the dns you have to add these c names so i will copy this destination and the www section and target and set a target here again go back and add this name and then you record i will say c name record here the host is like this and this is the address destination easy save okay nice and then save it will take some time to update the dns just wait a little bit and then you can map your domain let's pause the video and come back in minutes and you can see now we can redirect to our custom domain very simple before i finish maybe you are
